2 things i could do with a bit of help on please
first thing is how do i get the effects,the little rectangle's on the right hand side in the style of this
i'll pm the orignal maker of the sig ,second,how do i get the effect whats behind the render,the motion blur i think?,but when i try it i blur the render as well,how do i get the blur i think,in the background behind the render without bluring the render?
i've seen the style around a few sigs by different people so i'm guessing a few people know how to make the effect?,help would be greatly apprechiated

maybe cut the render, or select hims somehow, and than motion blur all other place.. or motion blur and put on the render.. i think so...

Altough I think there is no effect on that fabregas render(it's just the pic)..this is how you do it; duplicate your render layer, put motion blur on that, get the eraser tool and erase the render from the motion blur

for the effect on the right,do i just draw a gray box/s with the rectangler marque tool and turn the opacity down?

Yep, that's it mate You could also mess around with the blending options until you come up with something you like
