The technique is also important to them also Just play around with filters and blending options and that such, its all about creativity, if someone spoon feeds you the answers how are you going to learn from that and where's the pride and joy once the work is completed?

Every designer have his own special style and i'm pretty sure that one of the designers doesn't want anyone to do the same style..

No one wants a bunch of people going around doing the same thing as them, and the artists dont want to "spoon feed" the people who cant figure things out on their own like they had to do.
