Knock yourself out.. plenty of sites with brushes man, just use google...or better yet, use stock pictures and patterns/textures, same effect...

To me it seems he hasnt used any despite it being a really bad copy of Wnnrssns style

I don't think they are actually brushes, most probably, patterns.

Dude.. I can't even see one brush in the sig. It's all pen tool with the curves and rectangular boxes with lowered opacity.. doesn't take a genius to figure it out..
